UPSC परीक्षा 2020:अगले वर्ष से सिलेबस और परीक्षा पैटर्न में बड़ा बदलाव
संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) ने संयुक्त जियो-साइंटिस्ट और जियोलॉजिस्ट परीक्षा की योजना, पैटर्न और सिलेबस को संशोधित करने के अपने निर्णय के बारे में उल्लेख करते हुए उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण अधिसूचना जारी की (अब संयुक्त रूप से जियो-साइंटिस्ट परीक्षा का नाम बदला जाएगा) ) सरकार (Mnistry of Mines, the Nodal Ministry ) के परामर्श से। आयोग के अनुसार, संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक (प्रारंभिक) परीक्षा, 2020 19 जनवरी, 2020 को आयोजित की जाएगी, जबकि परीक्षा अधिसूचना 25 सितंबर, 2019 को जारी होने की संभावना है।
हालांकि, जिन उम्मीदवारों को अगले साल से लागू होने वाले परिवर्तनों के बारे में पता नहीं है, यानी 2020 तक, उन्हें नीचे दिए गए नोटिस के विवरण के माध्यम से जाने की सलाह दी जाती है।
मुख्य विशेषताएं इस प्रकार हैं [in english is given below]
a) इस परीक्षा के नामकरण को "संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक और भूवैज्ञानिक परीक्षा" के स्थान पर "संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक परीक्षा" में बदल दिया गया है।
(b) तीन स्तरीय परीक्षा पैटर्न होगा
(i) स्टेज- I: प्रारंभिक परीक्षा
(ii) स्टेज- II: मुख्य परीक्षा
(iii) स्टेज- III: व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण।
c) प्रारंभिक परीक्षा मुख्य परीक्षा (स्टेज- II) लेने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को स्क्रीन करेगी।
(d) प्रारंभिक परीक्षा वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की होगी जिसमें दो पेपर होंगे। इस परीक्षा में सुरक्षित अंकों को अंतिम मेरिट तय करने के लिए गिना जाएगा।
e) प्रारंभिक परीक्षा एक कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा होगी।
f) मुख्य परीक्षा में प्रत्येक स्ट्रीम के लिए तीन पेपर होंगे और सभी पेपर वर्णनात्मक प्रकार के होंगे। इस परीक्षा में सुरक्षित अंकों को अंतिम मेरिट तय करने के लिए गिना जाएगा।
g) मौजूदा सामान्य अंग्रेजी का पेपर बंद कर दिया गया है।
h) परीक्षार्थियों को पर्याप्त तैयारी का समय देने के लिए परीक्षा की संशोधित योजना, पैटर्न और पाठ्यक्रम को 2020 परीक्षा से प्रभावी बनाया जाएगा।
परीक्षा की योजना
1. परीक्षा निम्नलिखित योजना के अनुसार आयोजित की जाएगी:
(i) स्टेज- I: चरण- II के लिए उम्मीदवारों के चयन के लिए संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक (प्रारंभिक) परीक्षा (ऑब्जेक्टिव टाइप पेपर्स): संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक (मुख्य) परीक्षा
(ii) स्टेज- II: संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक (मुख्य) परीक्षा (वर्णनात्मक प्रकार के कागजात) और (iii) स्टेज- III: व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण
2. संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक परीक्षा की विस्तृत योजना और पाठ्यक्रम निम्नानुसार है:
ए। स्टेज- I: संयुक्त भू-वैज्ञानिक (प्रारंभिक) परीक्षा [objective type]: - परीक्षा में दो पेपर शामिल होंगे
The salient features of the same are as under
a) The nomenclature of this Examination has been changed to “Combined Geo-Scientist Examination” in place of “Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination”.
(b) There will a three tier examination pattern i.e. (i) Stage-I : Preliminary Examination (ii) Stage-II : Main Examination (iii) Stage-III : Personality Test.
c) Preliminary Examination will screen the candidates for taking the Main Examination (Stage–II).
(d) The Preliminary Examination will be of objective type having two Papers. Marks secured in this Examination will be counted for deciding the final merit.
e) The Preliminary Examination will be a Computer Based Examination.
(f) The Main Examination will have three Papers for each Stream and all Papers will be of descriptive type. Marks secured in this Examination will be counted for deciding the final merit.
(g) Existing General English Paper has been discontinued.
(h) The Revised Scheme, Pattern and Syllabus of the Examination will be made effective from the 2020 Examination to give sufficient preparation time to the aspirants.
Plan of Examination:
1. The Examination shall be conducted according to the following plan:
(i) Stage-I: Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination (Objective Type Papers) for the selection of candidates for the Stage-II: Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination;
(ii) Stage-II: Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination (Descriptive Type Papers) and (iii) Stage-III: Personality Test
2. The detailed scheme and syllabi of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination is as under:
A. Stage-I : Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination [Objective-type]:- The Examination shall comprise of two papers
