UPSC Notification 2021: UPSC has issued admit card for recruitment to the posts

UPSC Notification 2021: UPSC will be conducted in two examinations i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2 for CAPF Assistant Commandant post. Paper-I will be qualifying for Paper 2.

UPSC Notification 2021: Union Public Service Commission, UPSC 2021 has released the admit card for Assistant Commandant, AC in Central Armed Police Forces, CAPFs. The exam for these posts will be held on August 8, 2021. Candidates who had applied for it can download their admit card from upsc.gov.in. UPSC Assistant Commandant in Central Armed Police Forces exam is conducted in three phases. The physical standard test is followed by a written test. The candidates will also have to appear for the medical test before their final recruitment.

UPSC will be conducted in two exams i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2 for CAPF Assistant Commandant post. Paper-I will be qualifying for Paper 2. Paper-I will consist of 200 descriptive type questions, which will be given 3 hours to complete. Whereas Paper – 2 (250 marks) will have multiple choice questions and will be of 2 hours duration. Keep in mind, one-third of the marks will be deducted as negative marking in Paper 1.

From this recruitment process 35 posts in Border Security Force (BSF), 36 posts in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), 67 posts in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 20 posts in Tibet Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal ( SSB) 01 post, UPSC is going to recruit a total of 159 posts of CAPF Assistant Commandant.
