Education should be done so that we can bring changes in the society, in the country and in the system. Its medium can be any. The needy person sitting at the extreme end should also get all the facilities that the person sitting in the first row is getting. I failed in the examination eight times in a row, but did not give up. He got the support of his parents and in the same year stood third in the entire country in the Indian Civil Services Examination.

Sachin gupta IAS is a resident of Sirsa, Haryana. His Father Sudarshan Gupta is associated with farming, while mother Sushma is a government teacher in a government school in a nearby village. From the beginning till class XII, he studied in a private school. After this he did B.Tech in Mechanical from Thapar.
He was determined at the time of his studies in college, He has to do something to bring change in society. After doing B.Tech, he started working in a car company in Gurgaon, but the mind was not satisfied there. Staying here felt that it is not so easy to bring change by staying in the private sector.
After leaving Gurgaon job, went to Delhi to prepare. After this he also prepared in Bangalore. Prepared regularly for about two and a half years. During this, he also stayed away from society and family.

Sachin Gupta of Sirsa district of Haryana secured the All India 3rd rank in the Civil Services Examination 2017. He has completed his Mechanical Engineering degree from Thapar University, Patiala. Sachin Gupta is originally from Sirsa, Haryana and completed his degree in engineering after intermediate. He had a dream to join the Civil Services since childhood and immediately after engineering started preparing for UPSC. Although initially he did not know that he would have to struggle for many years to prepare for UPSC. But Sachin was determined to become an IAS officer.
After going through the UPSC Syllabus, he decided to make a preparation strategy. For this, Sachin Gupta watched all the interviews of the toppers and sought advice from many people in this field. After all this, he saw which topic is strong and which is weak and made a preparation strategy accordingly.
Sachin did not get to taste the success in his first attempt for UPSC. He tried again and this time cleared the UPSC exam with a rank of 575, which Sachin Gupta was not satisfied with. In such a situation, he made the third attempt and this time Sachin got the All India 3 rank.

According to Sachin, UPSC is such an exam which cannot be cleared only by hard work. You also have to make your own strategy to pass this exam. NCERT books help a lot in its preparation. So first of all clear the entire syllabus of NCERT books. After clearing the basics, use the standard book. After completion of preparation start solving old papers.
The list of problems is very long. I failed eight consecutive small exams before preparing for IAS. He started considering himself as a loser, used to cry a lot on the phone in front of his father, but was determined to do something in his mind. Talk to your parents when you are in trouble. Meet positive talkers. My father supported me a lot in times of trouble. Papa says, stick with your principles, don't lose heart, don't worry about the fruits, success will definitely kiss your feet.
