Many such IAS and HS women officers come to me with their problems
Himachal IAS Nisha singh

Nisha Singh said that the experience of a junior officer who has been appointed as Chief Secretary is very less compared to mine. They cannot advise CM, Minister on government matters related to me.

Principal Advisor Nisha Singh (Administrative Reforms and Training) has opened a front against Chief Secretary RD Dhiman. Nisha Singh has written a letter to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and complained. Nisha Singh has said that the Chief Minister's advisors have completely misled her and my post has been kept as a joke. Extremely harsh, insensitive and incompetent attitude has been adopted by the administration. It is clear from here that very lowly attitude and lack of mind are being shown through administrative power.

Referring to July 14, 2022, Nisha Singh said that an officer junior to me has been posted to the post of Chief Secretary. No concrete reason has been given by the government behind this too. Despite this, I continued to do my duty with full devotion. At this time, the common man in the state is facing many big problems like self-help groups, animal husbandry, forestry, drug abuse etc. Even then I took a positive approach to solve all these.

He has put forward some points-
-The Capacity Building Commission has not been notified.
-No administrative hierarchy or departments cited Who will report to me.
No institutional support of any kind has been notified.

I object that the experience of a junior officer who has been appointed as Chief Secretary is much less than mine. They cannot advise CM, Minister on government matters related to me. On what basis is he interfering in my affairs?

It seems that the present administrative system is not at all for the interests of women officers and common women. As the President of the IAS Association, many such IAS and HS women officers come to me with their problems and injustice is being done to me. I have tried my best to solve their problems. If there is no compassionate attitude and justice towards women, then where do women officers and common women go? I leave the rest to the discretion of the Chief Minister.
