Collector instructed take action to remove her from the post under section 40. 

Riju Bafna, the Collector of Narsinghpur had reached Gram Panchayat Chamchaun to inspect the Gaushala. During this the collector found the cowshed closed. During this, the collector also gave instructions to separate the sarpanch of Chamchaun from the post.

During the inspection, the Collector expressed displeasure over the presence of her husband in place of the woman Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Chamchaun. He instructed to give notice to the sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Chamchaun and take action to remove her from the post under section 40. He directed to get the contract of Gaushala done with Municipality Gadarwara.
